John O. Langdon
General Counsel
John O. Langdon serves as General Counsel of MedicalEdge. He joined the company in January, 2007. Mr. Langdon received his Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) from North Texas State University in 1970. He graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in 1973, where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. In 1975, Mr. Langdon received a Master of Laws (in Taxation) degree from New York University School of Law.
Mr. Langdon is also a partner with the law firm of Goins, Underkofler, Crawford & Langdon, LLP in Dallas, Texas. He has been with that firm since 1978. Mr. Langdon’s private practice areas include the matters for which he is responsible as General Counsel of MedicalEdge, i.e., healthcare law, federal, state and local taxation matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and general business law.
