Jeff Smith
Chief Billing Officer
Jeff Smith serves as Chief Billing Officer for MedicalEdge. Prior to returning to MedicalEdge, he was President of MedTrust (a division of EmCare) and responsible for billing 800,000 annual ED visits. Jeff served as both CFO of MedicalEdge and VP of Billing over MedTrust from 1997 to 1998. He worked with Coastal Healthcare from 1992 to 1996 in various positions as Vice President of Financial Analysis, Vice President of the South Texas Region, and Financial Analyst. Jeff received an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina in 1991 and graduated in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 1989. He is also a CPA.
