David Rutson

David Rutson was a founder of Texas Medical Realty, LLC, which was formed to represent the real estate needs of MedicalEdge and its affiliates. David has extensive experience and expertise in medical landlord and tenant representation. David has completed more than a half-million square feet of medical office space transactions and has represented corporate clients that include Chevron, 7-Eleven, Walgreen's, Eckerd's, Blimpie's, Savings of America, McDonald's, and The Gap. His real estate career experience spans 14 years during which time he has been honored in the Dallas Business Journal's Real Estate "Heavy Hitters" special section. Mr. Rutson received his BA in Political Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and is an active member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
